Workplace Strategies for Mental Health is a unique, accessible website dedicated to helping all Canadian employers who wish to address mental health issues in the workplace.

This website is one of the initiatives of the Great-West Life Centre for Mental Health in the Workplace, which provides free, practical ideas, tools and resources to help with the prevention, intervention and management of workplace mental health issues. The Centre, which also commissions research and the creation of new resources, was established by The Great-West Life Assurance Company as part of its commitment to enriching the communities across Canada.
